Sticky Nutty Cantaloupe
Cut the melon into six and remove the seeds. Place the slices in a dish.
Pour the sugar into a saucepan. Add two tablespoons of water. Place over a low heat and cook without stirring until you get a golden caramel. Add the lemon juice to stop it from cooking any further. Take the caramel off the heat.
Add the nuts and pour the caramel over the melon slices. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve right away.
