- 4 eggs
- 2 small onions
- 400 grams kidney or red Beans (canned)
- 500 grams cooked Beef (steak)
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps Pumpkin seed oil
- 3 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Hardboil the eggs, rinse in cold water, peel and cut into quarters. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Rinse the beans in a colander and drain. Cut the beef into thin strips.
2.
For the dressing, mix oil with the vinegar and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Combine beef, onions and beans, mix with the dressing and arrange on plates. Serve garnished with eggs and parsley.
