Steak and Scallion Salad

- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 6 scallions (cut into 7 cm long pieces)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 5 ozs mixed Lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 Radish (sliced)
- 1 ½ cups Bean sprout
- 1.333 cups Beef (sliced)
Mix together the garlic, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar to make a vinaigrette dressing.
Fry the spring onions and the pepper in a grill pan with hot oil for around 2 minutes and then set aside.
Arrange the lettuce and herbs decoratively on plates along with the radishes and bean sprouts. Top with the peppers, spring onions and the beef. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
