- 2 bunches scallions
- 150 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- juice of lemons
- 1 Apple
- 50 grams Tofu
- ½ tsp Mustard
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps Corn oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground allspice

Preparation steps
1.
Trim the scallions, rinse, cut lengthwise and then crosswise long in about 3 cm (1 inch) pieces. Rinse the sprouts and drain. Rinse the apple, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Coat the apple slices with the lemon juice.
2.
Cut tofu into small cubes and puree with honey, mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and oil. Add salt, pepper and allspice seasoning, to taste.
3.
Arrange the scallions on a platter, distribute sprouts and apple slices loosely and drizzle the salad sauce over top.
