- 8 Spring roll dough sheet (frozen, approximately 21 x 21 cm)
- 400 grams Chicken breasts
- 200 grams carrots
- 4 scallions
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsps soybean oil
- light soy sauce
- white peppers
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Thaw spring roll dough sheets under a cloth. Chop chicken finely. Rinse, clean and finely chop scallions. Peel and chop garlic. Peel and cut carrot into fine sticks.
2.
Pour soybean oil in the wok. Saute green onions and garlic briefly. Add chicken and season with soy sauce and pepper. Stir-fry for approximately 1-2 minutes. Add carrots and allow to cool.
3.
Spread the filling in the center of the dough sheets. Moisten the edges of the dough with water, fold edges inward and roll tightly into spring rolls.
4.
Pour oil for frying in a wok. Fry the spring rolls in small groups until golden brown. Remove the cooked spring rolls from the wok and drain on absorbent paper .
