- 3 cups spring mix Baby greens
- 2 cups sliced rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups cherry Tomatoes (rinsed; trimmed and halved)
- For Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsps good-quality olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chopped, fresh Basil
- coarse salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

In a large salad bowl, combine spring mix, chicken and tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
