Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach, clean, spin dry and coarsely chop. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and  sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add the spinach, mix well, cover and let cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the raisins and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
