Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach, trim, spin dry and tear into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel the eggs and cut in half. Drain the tuna well and flake with a fork.

Arrange the prepared salad ingredients decoratively on plates.

3.

Mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt, sugar and pepper. Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
