Versatile and healthy - this is the best way to describe fresh, young spinach! plenty of potassium supports a balanced fluid balance in the body, while vitamins C, E and the provitamin beta-carotene protect the body's cells. The trace element zinc is involved in the regulation of many metabolic mechanisms, ensures beautiful skin and hair and strengthens the immune system.

Not only toast bread goes well with the salad, freshly baked baguette bread is at least as good! We have the right recipes for you to try out here, and the salad becomes even spicier by replacing the feta cheese with Parmesan or Gruyère. Almond kernels can also be replaced with walnut kernels, freshly roasted cashew nuts or sunflower seeds.
