- 600 grams fresh Spinach
- 200 grams Paneer
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp mild Curry powder
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 ripe Tomatoes
- salt
- 1 pinch ground cilantro
- 4 Tbsps roasted Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

Rinse the spinach and blanch in a pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside. Cut the paneer into small cubes and sauté in the butter. Rinse the tomatoes, blanch, peel, halve, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Add the tomatoes to the paneer. Rinse the chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin strips.

Sauté the tomatoes and chile pepper in a large pan. Season with salt, coriander and curry to taste. Add a bit of water to the pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat, stir in the spinach, paneer and yogurt. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds.
