- 8 slices Sandwich bread (alternatively toast)
- 300 grams fresh Spinach
- 150 grams Taleggio cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the spinach and blanch in salted water for 2 minutes. Drain well, finely chop on a board and mix with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the Taleggio into small pieces.
Drizzle the insides of the bread slices with a little oil. Layer the spinach and the Taleggio over 4 slices and then place the remaining bread slices on top. Press firmly and then brown the sandwiches on both sides under the broiler.
Serve hot.
