- 200 grams honeydew melon
- 200 grams Cantaloupe
- 200 grams Pineapple
- 200 grams Mangoes
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- 1 shallot
- olive oil
- 400 milliliters Coconut milk
- 60 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Curry powder
- sugar
- salt
- Lime juice
- 40 grams chopped Walnut
- 1 Tbsp mixed peppercorns

Preparation steps

Peel the fruit. Using a melon baller, remove the flesh from the melons. Cut the rest of the fruit into small, bite-sized pieces.

Peel the shallots, chop finely and saute in a pan with 1 tablespoon oil until translucent. Add the fruit, pour in the coconut milk and the cream, stir in the curry and simmer for 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste with a pinch of sugar, salt and a squeeze of lime juice. Arrange in glasses and serve sprinkled with walnuts and peppercorns.
