- For the soup
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 shallot (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (diced)
- 1 red chili pepper (cut into rings)
- 6 ½ cups ripe Tomatoes (quartered)
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- Plus
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- ¼ cup parsley (leaves chopped)
- 2 ⅔ cups minced mixed Meat
- ¼ tsp crushed Red pepper flakes
- 3 ⅓ cups pork fillets (beef or chicken fillet)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 1 yellow pepper (diced)
- 2 green chili peppers (diced)
- 2 ⅓ cups paprika Sausage (diced)
- 1 ⅔ cups smoked Bacon (diced)

Preparation steps
1.
To make the soup, heat the oil in a large pot and fry the onions and garlic. Add the chilli, tomatoes and the stock. Season with salt, ground black pepper and oregano and simmer on a medium heat for 45 minutes.

Mix together the garlic, parsley and the minced meat and season with salt, ground black pepper and chilli flakes. Shape small balls (around 20 g each) from the mixture.
3.
Sieve the tomato soup into a fondue pot, season well and reheat on a rechaud.
4.
Skewer the meat, peppers, sausage, bacon and meatballs onto a fondue fork and cook in the hot soup.
