Spiced Shrimp Kebabs

Tip: Serve the skewers with a white sauce made by mixing together a natural yoghurt with the juice of a lime, a few drops of Tabasco, 1tsp. olive oil, chopped chive stalks and salt.
In a shallow dish place the curry powder, salt and olive oil, mix together. Peel the shrimps and add to the bowl.
Gently coat the shrimps in the mixture. Cover with cling film and chill for one hour.
Preheat the grill to high. Thread the shrimps onto 4 skewers and place under the grill. Brush with the marinade.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
When cooked place on a warmed serving plate and garnish with the chives.
