Preparation steps
1.
Cook the couscous in boiling salted water according to the packet directions.
2.
Drizzle the oil over the couscous and rub the oil into the grains with your fingers to break up the lumps.
3.
Heat the butter in a frying pan add the almonds, and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until the nuts begin to brown. Add the raisins, and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
4.
Stir in the couscous, sugar and cinnamon, if using. Mix thoroughly and heat through.
5.
Put into serving bowls and top with the pineapple pieces.
6.
Beat together the yoghurt and honey and spoon onto the couscous.
