- 2 tsps smoked paprika

- 1 ¼ cups Chestnut mushroom (sliced)
- 1 cup Snap pea
- ½ lemon (juiced)

Stir in 150 ml / 5 fl. oz / 2/3 cup sour cream for a quick goulash-style saute
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken and paprika. Saute until golden, 6-8 minutes, then add the mushrooms and seasoning and cook until the mushrooms are tender.

Add the mange tout to the pan with the lemon juice and a splash of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste.
3.
Serve hot in bowls.
