6 red Apple
4 Tbsps honey
2 cups plain Yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 110ºC. Cut one of the apples in half horizontally and cut eight very thin slices. Place these on a rack and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the apple slices are golden brown.

Turn the oven up to 180ºC. Remove the cores from the rest of the apples, keeping them whole, and place the apples on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until they are very soft then remove from the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes.
3.
Remove the skins from the apples and place the flesh in a blender with the honey, yoghurt and cinnamon. Blend until smooth then pour into glasses and add the ice cream. Garnish with the dried apple slices and serve immediately.
