- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 250 grams green Beans
- 175 grams ham (or lean bacon)
- 4 Tomatoes
- ½ bunch parsley
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 grams fresh Shelled fava bean
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp thyme
- 50 milliliters white wine
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth
Preparation steps

Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Rinse the green beans and cut into pieces. Cut the ham into strips. Blanch the tomatoes, rinse, peel and chop into small pieces (removing the stems). Rinse the parsley, spin dry and chop finely.

Heat the olive oil. Saute the onions and garlic until soft. Add the green beans and broad beans and saute. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Add the tomatoes and saute. Add the wine and vegetable broth. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.

Mix in the ham and let simmer for another 3 minutes. Mix, season with parsley and serve.
