2 sprigs Basil
3 Tbsps olive oil
Red pepper flakes
60 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves. Rinse and dry the basil, then remove the leaves.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, and sauté briefly. Drain the pasta, and add to the pan (adding a little pasta water if needed). Season to taste with salt and red pepper flakes. Add the basil, and toss to combine. Transfer to plates, and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.

4.

Garnish with red pepper flakes and basil, and serve.
