6 scallions
2 garlic cloves
fresh ginger (about 3 cm)
250 grams shiitake mushrooms
150 grams Radish
2 tablespoons sesame oil
800 milliliters Vegetable broth
soy sauce
Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons scallions

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry scallions, cut diagonally into rings. Peel garlic and ginger, cut garlic into slices and ginger into sticks. Clean mushrooms, cut off stems and chop caps.

Rinse and dry radishes, cut into slices. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute radishes with mushrooms, garlic and ginger for a few minutes. Add scallions and broth and simmer for about 8 minutes on low heat. Season with soy sauce and rice vinegar to taste and serve sprinkled with chives.
