- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the radish. Sprinkle with salt, let rest for 10 minutes, then pat dry.

Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions. Peel and quarter the eggs.

Mix the vinegar with the oil, then season to taste with sugar, salt, and pepper.

Spread the radishes and half of the scallions on a plate. Drizzle with the dressing. Top with the eggs, and garnish with the remaining scallions.
