Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and press through a garlic press. Heat butter in a saucepan and sauté the garlic briefly. Add rinsed spinach and sauté for about 5 minutes. Keep spinach warm.

2.

Cut the fish fillets lengthwise and season with salt and lemon juice. Mix 2 tablespoons sour cream with the mustard and season with pepper. Spread the fish fillets with the mixture. Pluck basil leaves, rinse carefully, pat dry and place on the fish. Roll fillets tightly and secure with toothpicks.

3.

Heat cream and milk in a pan. Add fish rolls and simmer over low heat, covered, for about 5 minutes. Then take out of the pan and keep warm.

4.

Season the liquid remaining in the pan with salt and dill and stir in the remaining sour cream. Heat sauce until warm while stirring, but do not boil. Arrange fish rolls with spinach and sauce on plates.

5.

Serve with fettuccine, if desired.
