4 large Apple (cored and diced)
1 cup dried Apricot
1 cup canned Prune (drained)
1 Cinnamon stick
1 cup soft light brown sugar
½ Orange (zest julienned)
1 Orange (juiced)
2 tablespoons Brandy

Preparation steps

1.
Arrange all the ingredients in a large saucepan and cover with 200ml of water. Cover with a lid and bring to the simmer of a low heat.
2.
Remove the lid and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
3.
Spoon into a glass serving dish and eat hot or cold.
