- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 150 grams honeydew melon
- ½ Orange
- 200 grams herbs and Lettuce (such as iceberg ettuce, basil, sorrel, arugula, dandelion)
- 4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- Linseed

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Mix the banana with the lemon juice. Cut the melon into pieces, then mix with the banana.

Rinse the herbs and lettuce thoroughly. Remove the hard stems, if necessary. Peel the orange, and cut into pieces. Puree the banana, melon, orange, herbs, and lettuce in the blender.
3.
Mix the yogurt into the smoothie. Add flaxseed oil to taste. If necessary, thin the smoothie with mineral water until the smoothie is the desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
