- 200 grams Watercress
- 50 grams Purslane
- 1 red onion
- 150 grams Smoked trout
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- lemon juice
- white peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse watercress and purslane, drain and pat dry. Peel the onion, cut into rings and mix with the watercress and purslane. Transfer to plates. Slice the smoked trout and place on the salad.
2.
In a bowl mix together the creme fraiche and yogurt and season with the lemon juice and pepper. Spoon some over the trout and serve the rest on the side.
