3 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
4 Tbsps Corn oil
salt

1 bunch Cress
1 packet Garlic crouton (packaged product)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut smoked pork slices into small cubes. Rinse, trim and quarter radishes. Peel and finely chop onion. Combine pork, radishes and onion.

2.

To make dressing: Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss salad ingredients and garlic croutons with dressing.

3.

With kitchen shears, cut cress over the salad bowl. Gently fold cress into the salad.

4.

Serve salad with fresh pretzels and butter, if desired.
