- 7 cups mixed salad (e. g. red endive, curly endive, lamb's lettuce, torn into pieces)
- 1 ⅔ cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- For the dressing
- 5 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp grainy Mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- ⅓ cup olive oil

Preparation steps

Arrange the salad leaves and tomatoes in bowls.

Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, honey, olive oil and 2-3 tbsp of water together until smooth. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
