- 8 Mini-bananas (firm)
- 8 leaves fresh cilantro
- 8 thin slices Bacon
- Wooden skewer
- little vegetable oil (to fr)y
- Banana leaf (for serving)
Preparation steps

Peel the bananas, place each with a cilantro leaf and wrap tightly with one slice of bacon. Thread each onto a wooden skewer.

Saute in a large pan with a little oil over high heat just until crisp, arrange on a banana leaf and serve immediately.
