- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 5 Tbsps Tomato relish
- 10 Mini Burger buns (halved)
- 20 slices Cheese (to fit the burger buns)
- 2 large Tomatoes (sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Put the minced beef in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Press the meat together with your hands and shape into 20 small balls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Flatten the meat balls and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3.
Spread most of the tomato relish evenly on the base of each bun and place a burger on top. Add a slice of cheese and a tomato slice, followed by a burger and another cheese slice. Top with a little tomato relish and the top halves of the buns. Secure with wooden cocktail sticks.
