cup freshly squeezed Orange juice
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
3 Tbsps sliced butter
1 cup Pecan (roughly chopped)

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Knife, 1 Box grater, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven) 400°F, gas 6 and grease one large baking dish or four ramekins.
2.
Cook the potatoes in salt water for around 20 minutes until almost done. Peel them, leave to cool slightly and then slice them.
3.
Layer the potato slices in the dish. Mix together the orange juice and the maple syrup and season with salt and ground black pepper. Drizzle over the potatoes and sprinkle with the butter and the nuts. Bake for 15 minutes.
