- 10 cups pickling Cucumber (cut in half lengthways)
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 ½ Tbsps salt
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 Tbsp Mustard seed
- 4 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Place the cucumbers in the jars. Place the vinegar, 200 ml water, salt, spices and sugar in a pot and bring to the boil.
2.
Pour over the cucumbers so that they are well covered. Close the jars well and leave to cool. Leave to steep for 4-6 weeks before consumption.
