- 2 cups yellow wax beans (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- ¼ cup Rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine cucumbers, onions and beans in a large bowl. Add both vinegars and season with salt and pepper and toss well to incorporate. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving or transferring to storing jars.
