Kitchen utensils

1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon

Preparation steps

1.
Fry the beef on all sides in hot oil, a few pieces at a time, until browned. Peel the onion and the garlic. Cut the onion in half, then into slices. Chop the garlic.
2.
Reduce the heat and saute the onions together with the meat. Add the sweet paprika and the ground caraway, then pour in the beef broth. Now add the bay leaf, the garlic and the hot paprika. Simmer over a low heat for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add a little water if necessary.

When cooked, season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle a few marjoram leaves over the top.
4.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
