Ingredients
350 grams sticky rice (cooked)
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 generous pinch Chili powder
1 White roll (day old)
1 handful cilantro
12 raw shrimp (with shell, headless)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the grill. Combine rice with fish sauce and chili powder. Roll with moistened hands into 12 balls. Grate buns on a kitchen grater to crumbs. Rinse cilantro, shake dry and chop the leaves. Rinse shrimp, pat dry with paper towels and peel up to the tail. Cut back of the shrimp lengthwise and remove black intestinal thread.

2.

Mix chopped coriander with breadcrumbs and toss rice balls in it. Place shrimp with cut side down on a baking sheet and press rice balls carefully on the shrimp. Cook about 10 minutes in the oven on the middle rack until lightly browned. Remove from oven and serve.
