16 peeled shrimp (With tail)
2 garlic cloves
lemons (juiced)
5 Tbsps olive oil
150 milliliters fish stock (from a jar)
1 small red chili pepper
1 scallion
½ bunch cilantro (or parsley)
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut chile pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, rinse and chop very finely. Rinse and cut scallion into thin rings. Rinse cilantro (or parsley), shake dry and chop coarsely. Make a marinade out of olive oil, fish stock, garlic, chile pepper, scallion and cilantro (parsley). Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Rinse shrimp, pat dry, and marinate for approximately 30 minutes can be drawn. Thread 4 shrimp to a skewer and grill or broil for 4– 5 minutes, brushing repeatedly with marinade. Finally, sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and serve with unused marinade as sauce.
