- 1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

Remove the leaves from the dill and coarsely chop. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Finely grate the zest from the lemon, and squeeze the juice.

Mix the yogurt with the lemon zest, garlic, dill, honey, and 4-5 tablespoons of water until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
