Preparation steps

1.

Cut surimi stick in half lengthwise. Rinse chives and shake dry. Drain shrimp and pat dry.

2.

Place sushi rolling mat on the work surface and top with plastic wrap. Add a nori sheet, smooth side out. Spread half of the sushi rice on the nori, press to secure. 

3.

Press half of the wasabi on the bottom third of the roll. Add half of the shrimp and chives. Use rolling mat to roll tightly roll up. Use remaining ingredients to form a second roll. Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces and serve.
