Preparation steps

1.

Make a shallow incision along the back of the shrimp. Remove the intestine from the shrimp.

2.

Sauté the shrimp in the olive oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lime juice.

3.

Halve the limes and cut a small pieces of the end so they'll stand up straight. Place 1 shrimp, and 1 lime half on each wooden skewer, and serve.
