- Shiso Drink
- Syrup of Red Shisoblättern (Asialaden / Feikostladen)
- 400 milliliters Still mineral water
- 4 Tbsps fresh pressed lemon juice
Preparation steps

Mix the mineral water with the lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of the syrup. Serve well chilled, preferably over ice.

Peel the cucumber, then process through a juicer. Add the juice to a shaker with the dill and ice cubes. Season with salt and pepper, and shake until thoroughly combined. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with the dill, and serve.
