Shiso Drink
Syrup of Red Shisoblättern (Asialaden / Feikostladen)
400 milliliters Still mineral water
4 Tbsps fresh pressed lemon juice
Cucumber Dill Drink
1 Cucumber
1 tsp chopped Dill
salt
freshly ground peppers
Ice cubes
Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the mineral water with the lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of the syrup. Serve well chilled, preferably over ice. 

2.

Peel the cucumber, then process through a juicer. Add the juice to a shaker with the dill and ice cubes. Season with salt and pepper, and shake until thoroughly combined. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with the dill, and serve.
