- 300 grams mixed fish fillets (skinless) (such as salmon, cod)
- 300 grams Shellfish (such as shrimp, squid, mussels)
- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 grams Orzo
- salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 whole lemon (cut into wedges)
- 1 ½ Tbsps chopped fresh Dill

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the shellfish and pat dry.
2.
Blanch the tomatoes, rinse with cold water, peel, quarter, core and dice. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic.
3.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
4.
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and sweat the shallots with the garlic until translucent. Add the seafood and cook for 2-3 minutes and stir in the tomatoes. Deglaze with the wine, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Drain the pasta, add to the pan, toss everything well and serve on plates. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve sprinkled with dill.
