- 400 grams white fish fillets (to taste) (such as snapper, grouper)
- 200 grams shrimp (ready to cook) (deveined, peeled)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 red paprika
- 4 Lime leaves
- 1 Banana
- 4 Figs
- 2 sprigs Lemongrass
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 100 milliliters Coconut milk
- 1 tsp red Curry
- Light soy sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Cut the figs into quarters. Press the lemongrass. Cut the fish filets into cubes.

Sauté the shrimp in hot oil and remove. Add the chile peppers, lime leaves, lemongrass and curry to the pan. Cook for approximately 2 minutes. Deglaze with coconut milk and broth. Allow to simmer. Gently mix in the fish, shrimp, banana and figs and cook on low heat for about 4 minutes until done. Season and serve with soy sauce.
