300 grams Linguine
salt
300 grams clam
8 Scallop (ready to cook)
12 King prawn (ready to cook deveined and peeled)
250 grams small Cuttlefish (ready to cook)
250 grams fish fillets (such as seabass)
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
4 Tomatoes
4 Tbsps olive oil
200 milliliters dry white wine
freshly ground peppers
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil linguine in salted water until al dente.

Rinse and peel clams. Rinse scallops, prawns, cuttlefish and fish and pat dry. Dice fish. Peel and mince onion and garlic. Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and julienne. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and deglaze with white wine. Bring to a boil and add clams. Season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 6 minutes, until shells open.

Heat oil in another pan and add remaining seafood. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Season sauce to taste and toss in drained pasta. Plate and add sauteed seafood. Serve garnished with basil.
