- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Lobster tail (approx. 250 g, flesh removed, cut into 2 cm thick pieces)
- 21 ozs mixed Fish (goatfish, seabream, porgy, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 9 ozs Mushrooms (sliced)
- 5 ozs Snap pea (chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ⅜ cup Vermouth
- ⅞ cup dry white wine
- 2 cups fish stock
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Tarragon (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Chervil (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the garlic and onion. Add the lobster, fish, mushrooms and mange tout and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, ground black pepper and paprika.
2.
Deglaze with the alcohol and the stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Finally stir in the breadcrumbs and herbs and transfer to bowls.
