- 1 Sea bass (ready to cook)
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 150 grams black Olives (Pitted)
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 100 grams Grape
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Cut olives into small cubes. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and also cut into small cubes.

Rinse and halve the grapes.

Quickly sprinkle all previous ingredients with lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Put fish on aluminum foil, cover with fennel, fold the foil and bake in preheated oven at 225°C (approximately 440°F) for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the peppers in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Add the olives and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the grapes at the end and leave on heat briefly.
6.
Put vegetables in a bowl and arrange the fish in it. Serve with lemon zest as garnish.
