- 8 leaves Savoy cabbage
- 6 medium sized potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 slices Cervelat salami
- ¾ l Vegetable broth
- ¼ l milk
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch ground Caraway
- For the garnish
- 1 Tbsp Caraway

Preparation steps

Rinse cabbage leaves and cut into strips. Peel potatoes and cut into small bite-size cubes. Peel onions, cut in half and finely dice.

Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan and cook onion until translucent. Add diced potatoes and cabbage strips. Cook briefly and deglaze with broth. Simmer about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. Pour in milk and cream. Season with salt, pepper and ground caraway. Cut the salami into bite-size pieces and heat in a nonstick pan. Pour soup into preheated soup bowls and garnish with caraway seeds and salami to serve.
