- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
- ⅔ cup smoked Salmon (chopped)
- 1 ¼ cups Sour cream
- 1 ½ Tbsps fresh lemon juice
- salt (to taste)
- 4 slices toasted Bread (crust removed)
- 8 ozs fresh Asparagus (steamed)
- fresh, mixed Baby greens
- Radish sprout
- balsamic vinegar

1 Pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Ladle, 1 Whisk, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Kitchen torch, 1 Fine grater, 1 Oven-proof dish
Preparation steps
1.
Place water in a small saucepan, and sprinkle with gelatin. Set aside for 5 minutes to soften. Gently heat on low, stirring to dissolve the gelatin. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Using a food processor, combine salmon, sour cream, and lemon juice. Puree until smooth and season with salt. Add slightly cooled gelatin mixture, and blend until combined.

Pour mixture into a 8 by 8-inch pan or dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.

Steam asparagus for 5 minutes or until fork tender.
5.
Serve on toast points with a side of steamed asparagus, salad greens, radish sprouts. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
