8 slices white Bread (or wheat bread)
0.333 cup cream cheese (softened)
4 ozs smoked Salmon (thinly sliced)
1 bunch fresh Chives (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Spread a very thin layer of softened cream cheese on one side of each bread slice. Arrange sliced salmon on top of four slices of bread. Set the remaining bread slices on top of the salmon. Trim the crust from the sandwiches and cut into triangles.
2.
Dip the cut sides of the sandwiches into the chopped chives. Transfer sandwiches to serving plates and serve.
