- ⅔ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 2 tsps finely shredded, dried Orange peel
- ½ cup Orange juice
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or oregano)
- ½ tsp English mustard powder
- 4 Cardamom (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
Product recommendation
To sterilise bottles and stoppers: wash in hot soapy water, rinse very well and put in a low oven for 15-20 minutes until warm and completely dry. Leave to become cold.
Preparation steps
1.
Put all the ingredients into a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well.
2.
Decant into sterilised bottles and seal tightly. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir or shake well before using.
