- 4 Chicken breasts
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 12 Sage
- 4 garlic cloves
- 500 grams cooked potatoes (from the day before)
- 2 Limes (wedges)
- Sage (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and fry the the chicken breasts on both sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Peel garlic, chop and add to the pan with the sage. Sauté over low heat until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, cut potatoes into short sticks and fry in remaining butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice chicken breasts and arrange with the browned sage and garlic on plates. Place potatoes and lime wedges alongside the chicken and serve garnished with sage leaves.
