- 125 milliliters sunflower oil
- 4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 100 grams Roquefort cheese
- Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the egg yolk and lemon juice. Add the oil, starting with a few drops, whisking constantly. Increase to a thin stream, and add enough oil to create a smooth emulsion. Add the yogurt, then season with salt and pepper.
2.
Crush the roquefort with a fork, then mix into the mayonnaise mixture. Thin out to your desired consistency with the heavy cream.
